Hi Mrs. Patti, thanks to you this year every other week was feeling less tense than usual. Thanks to your yoga instructions I feel like I can better understand my own body and have actually been able to eat better, sleep better, I've also noticed I have been thinking smarter in all kinds of situations. For that, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you for teaching me the importance of Yoga. It has really benefited me both physically and mentally. Before your Yoga classes, I rarely did Yoga. It is very early in the morning and you always bring so much positive energy which really helps to wake me up when I’m feeling tired.
